Parade of Lights

The parade was along a 2 mile route of downtown, with the beautiful skyline of Denver as the backdrop for the lights and sounds of the parade. Come and enjoy the beautiful holiday decorations, some of the best restaurants in the Denver area, unique shopping, and local brew pubs. While your there, wander around and take in some of the local art galleries or enjoy a romantic carriage ride. There are also some theaters with plays and festive musicals. If your looking for a great time for the whole family, come join in on the fun and get into the holiday spirit at the Denver parade of lights.

Are you also looking for parades of lights in other parts of the State? Enjoy some small town festivities in some of the many mountain towns that also host a parade of lights during this exciting time of year!

Colorado Springs: Come and enjoy the Colorado Springs parade of lights as it winds through downtown. Join in on the holiday spirit listening to the carolers while enjoying roasted chestnuts. Enjoy a great meal at one of the local restaurants and warm up with some hot cocoa.

Montrose: A great time for the whole family as the parade is a great way to get the community together and get everyone into the holiday spirit. Enjoy some hot cocoa or some roasted chestnuts sold by local vendors along the parade route.

Creede: Hosted each year by the Creede Fire Department, this is a great mountain community parade that really gets everyone into the holiday spirit and feels very small town. Enjoy friends and family and Christmas carolers to really make you feel at home.

Lyons: Another great small town parade that brings back a by gone era that Norman Rockwell brought to life so long ago. Feel the holiday spirit as the parade moves through town. Enjoy friends and family as well as some hot cocoa and roasted chestnuts.
