Annual Boulder Asian Festival

The Boulder Asian Pacific Alliance (BAPA) is a grassroots coalition of representatives from the diverse Asian Pacific populations, the second largest minority group in the city and county of Boulder. They came together in early 1994 in order to become a more active part of the Boulder community.
