Buena Vista Balloonavista

Fifth annual balloon festival at Buena Vista Rodeo Grounds; balloons fly at 6 a.m. Saturday and Sunday and there is a "glow" at dusk Saturday. Local businesses host artists demonstrating their crafts; refreshments and discounts included.
